Senior Product Designer, Growth

About the role

Evolve, the largest tech-enabled vacation rental management company in North America, is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its newly formed Growth team. The role focuses on the top of the funnel: turning curious homeowners into qualified leads and then into signed Evolve owners. It sits at the intersection of product, performance marketing and data, leading end-to-end design across acquisition surfaces such as landing pages, RFI qualification flows, PLG tools and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience on top-of-funnel surfaces, designing landing pages, templates, qualification flows, PLG tools and onboarding experiences.
• Partner with product, performance marketing and product marketing so design decisions lift conversion without hurting lead quality.
• Prototype and ship tests quickly with AI-native workflows to lower cost per lead and cost per qualified lead and raise lead-to-signup conversion.
• Design modular landing page templates and CMS components so Growth and marketing partners can launch pages and flows without a design bottleneck.
• Use funnel data, stakeholder feedback and user research to find and prevent drop-offs and improve retention.
• Use data, behavioral analytics and user feedback to remove friction and optimize the full customer journey across web and mobile.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showing results at high-growth B2C, B2B or tech-enabled services companies.
• Ability to build high-performing pages and flows and explain why they work.
• Comfortable working fast and iterating in real time with engineers and product managers.
• Comfortable using quantitative data (funnel metrics, A/B testing, cohort analysis) and qualitative insights to defend design choices.

Required skills

• Figma, visual design, interaction design, responsive design and web performance.
• GitHub and AI coding agents.
• Feature flags and experimentation tools.

What we offer

• Salary range of $141,000 to $184,000 depending on experience, plus a variable annual bonus.

The position is remote within the U.S. (except D.C. and Hawaii), with some location restrictions in certain states; Colorado residents can work remotely anywhere in the state, at the Denver office or hybrid.
