Senior Procurement Program Manager

About the role

Intermedia is seeking a Senior Procurement Program Manager to lead procurement activities across its global operations, overseeing roughly $200M in annual direct and indirect spend. Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, you will partner with finance, legal, engineering, IT, and other functions to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and author commodity strategies for key inbound products and services.
• Collaborate with Legal to embed contractual terms into MSAs, SOWs, and other agreements.
• Engage senior stakeholders to capture business requirements and select suppliers for security software, engineering services, and more.
• Lead RFI and RFP processes, documenting cost‑saving initiatives.
• Utilize ERP (Coupa), PowerBI, Atlassian, ServiceNow, and AI/ML models to streamline procurement workflows.
• Manage purchase orders, spend reporting, and supplier performance metrics.

• Proven experience in strategic procurement within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to drive efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
