The Senior Principal Team Leader, Staff Learning translates Chick‑fil‑A’s business priorities into audience‑focused learning solutions. Working closely with Talent Consultants, business leaders and subject‑matter experts, this role ensures learning initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, prioritized, and future‑oriented.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to convert business strategies into actionable learning programs.
• Provide consulting, thought leadership and learning‑strategy expertise for defined audiences.
• Integrate learning initiatives into broader talent and organizational strategies.
• Assess learning needs, recommend solutions and embed learning into key projects.
• Lead, inspire and develop a team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Set performance goals, coach staff and hold the team accountable for results.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in learning strategy, talent development or related fields.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive high‑quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, goal setting and performance management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
