Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the design, analysis, and administration of competitive and compliant compensation programs that align with business objectives. This position requires strong business acumen, attention to regulatory requirements, and the ability to provide data‑driven insights to HR and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and administer base pay and incentive programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations and recommend salary offers, promotions, and adjustments.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark roles to inform pay structures.
• Support the annual investment compensation process, including incentive pool funding analyses and allocation modeling.
• Provide consultative support to business leaders on compensation decisions and policy interpretation.
• Monitor compensation trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, finance, or compensation analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
