Senior Pre-Litigation Case Manager - Personal Injury (Remote)

About the role

A growing personal injury team is looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to work remotely, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST. The role covers managing personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, coordinating medical treatment, building strong cases, reviewing insurance policies, preparing demand packages and pursuing policy limits settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process
• Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment and appointments
• Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage information
• Gather and organize medical records, bills and supporting documentation
• Build and maintain comprehensive case files
• Communicate regularly with clients, providers, insurance adjusters and other stakeholders
• Prepare, draft and send demand packages to insurance companies
• Negotiate claims and pursue policy limits settlements when applicable
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in Filevine
• Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of all assigned cases
• Provide case status updates to attorneys and management
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures and best practices

Required profile

• 5 years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a personal injury law firm
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills, written and verbal
