Senior Partnership & Engagement Advisor

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Senior Partnership & Engagement Advisor to work onsite for its customer in McLean, Virginia. The role covers outreach and engagement within a functional area, including reporting, event coordination and liaison with partners and senior officials.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
• Develop and deliver departmental, project and financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders.
• Support partnership engagement and outreach by helping plan, organize and run conferences, symposiums and events.
• Give input to operational and strategic communication plans to increase use of client programs.
• Coordinate, schedule and facilitate engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
• Develop briefings, talking points and point papers aligned with the client's strategic partnership plan.
• Act as a technical liaison with partners and coordinate working group meetings, writing post-meeting reports and summaries.
• Use JIRA to receive, process, track and monitor service requests.

Required profile

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• BS and 18+ years of experience, or MS/MA and 10+ years, or no degree and 24+ years of experience.
• Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience with intelligence community and private-sector partners.
• Working knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence and experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Executive-level written and oral communication skills.
