Senior Operator – Day Shift (Full-time)

As a Senior Operator, you’ll help power the world’s most loved brands — delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You’ll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. Key responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology.
• Perform in‑process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet.

Required skills

• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools.
• Basic math skills and mechanical understanding.
• Ability to work around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Experience with Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology.
