Senior Medical Device Driver - 1st Shift

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Senior Medical Device Driver for its Minnetonka location, working the first shift Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM, with onsite schedule and flexibility depending on business needs. The role covers transporting medical devices and implants, with occasional warehouse duties and a 10% travel percentage.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, including warehouse cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
• Arrange merchandise for transport on delivery and return, and at customer locations
• Read maps and route configurations
• Perform safety inspections in the transportation setting
• Load, unload or stack containers, materials or products while checking for sterility, missing or broken implants and instruments
• Maintain the company delivery vehicle (fuel, fluids, tires) and keep maintenance records, advising the supervisor when repairs are needed
• Handle customer complaints and communicate with the branch team
• Perform warehouse duties as needed and complete other assigned tasks

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience
• Meets all customer credentialing requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekend and evening calls, and participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred

• Warehouse or inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
