Senior Marketing Operations Manager II

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager II to lead its Owned In‑House Agency team. This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale or New York City, will drive execution excellence for email and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, scaling automation, tooling and AI initiatives across a complex portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Owned In‑House Agency vision, expanding team capacity and automation to improve campaign delivery.
• Own the tooling and AI roadmap for LinkedIn Ads and email operations, partnering with technology partners to implement scalable solutions.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the email operations and LinkedIn on LinkedIn (LoL) team, setting clear performance expectations.
• Manage production and operational workflows across multiple business lines, ensuring high‑quality execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Owned Media team to translate strategy into actionable campaign builds, quality assurance and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven digital marketing leader with experience managing global, cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering measurable results across email, paid social and display programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
