Senior Manager, Product Development

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a Senior Manager to lead footwear development from concept through commercialization, ensuring sustainable, high‑quality products that meet aesthetic, fit, cost and timeline goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end footwear development across the portfolio, driving design translation, technical decisions and cost strategy.
• Manage the development calendar, sample milestones and risk mitigation to meet launch dates.
• Lead a high‑performing team, set objectives, manage resources and foster growth.
• Partner with design, merchandising, sustainability and factory teams to align strategy and deliver on margin targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on footwear product development experience, including team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of footwear construction, materials, knitting, tooling, lasts, testing and costing.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems, influence senior leaders and drive strategic improvements.
