Senior Manager - PBH (Power-by-Hour)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a senior leader to head the North American Power‑by‑the‑Hour (PBH) business line. The role carries full profit‑and‑loss responsibility for a portfolio exceeding $40M in annual revenue and is responsible for driving financial performance, customer satisfaction and long‑term strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end P&L, including operating plan, forecast, gross margin and free cash flow.
• Define and execute the North American PBH business strategy and 3‑5‑year roadmap.
• Design and continuously improve the PBH business model, pricing schemes and cost‑mitigation initiatives.
• Lead contract administration, commercial governance and act as escalation point for high‑profile deals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product, service and support activities with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience with full P&L accountability, preferably in aerospace or a related high‑tech industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving profitable growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and steer complex contracts.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing multi‑year plans aligned with global objectives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
