Senior Manager, Partner Activation

About the role

The Senior Manager, Partner Activation leads the end‑to‑end activation of high‑value partnership agreements, ensuring that each sponsor receives maximum impact and measurable ROI. Reporting to the Senior Director, this hands‑on role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing, hospitality, and branding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners, introduce them to brand guidelines and build strong relationships.
• Develop detailed contract breakdowns and proactive season‑planning calendars.
• Coordinate fulfillment of all contractual assets, including media, signage, digital, social, in‑arena promotions, community initiatives, tickets and hospitality.
• Create comprehensive performance recap decks that highlight asset results and future opportunities.
• Leverage market research and analytics to shape best‑in‑class activation strategies.
• Identify innovative, solution‑based concepts to maximize sponsor ROI.
• Research and manage vendors that enhance activation experiences.
• Maintain the sponsorship rate card and adjust asset allocations as needed.
• Support renewal processes and drive revenue growth from existing partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing complex partnership or sponsorship programs, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑profile accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both internally and with external partners.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of delivering on tight deadlines.
