Senior Manager, Outbound Customer Service

About the role

Blink Health is seeking a senior leader to head its outbound customer service function. You will guide a growing team of 70+ professionals who connect patients with affordable prescription solutions, ensuring a seamless experience from outreach to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound engagement strategies that boost conversion, retention, and overall patient satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of individual contributors and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily outbound call campaigns, including follow‑ups, patient outreach, and support initiatives, while adjusting workflows to meet performance targets.
• Analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify trends and drive process enhancements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to align messaging, campaigns, and improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to scripts, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large outbound or call‑center teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple functions.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations while building scalable processes.
