Senior Manager – Oracle Supply Chain Management

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) consulting engagements. The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud applications for clients’ supply chain, finance and human capital processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale Oracle Cloud SCM projects from planning through delivery.
• Design and configure Oracle Supply Chain, Finance Operations and HCM solutions to meet client objectives.
• Provide strategic advice, training and support to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across client supply chains.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high performance and inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant or manager in Oracle supply chain and operations implementations.
• Strong ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey holistic solutions to senior executives.
• Track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
