Senior Manager – Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations for its clients. The role combines strategic advisory, project leadership, and deep technical expertise to help organisations improve budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale Oracle EPM projects from assessment through design, implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand performance‑management needs and translate them into Oracle‑based solutions.
• Drive best‑practice processes in budgeting, long‑range planning, rolling forecasts and financial consolidation.
• Provide training, coaching and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM tools.
• Innovate delivery methodologies, maintain operational excellence and ensure high‑quality client outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level consulting experience with a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle EPM projects.
• Strong strategic advisory skills, able to influence clients and guide teams through ambiguity.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership abilities, fostering inclusive, high‑performing teams.
• Judgment to identify when to act independently and when to escalate issues.
