Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & AI Enablement

About the role

Exiger, an AI partner for supply chain and procurement automation, is hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & AI Enablement in McLean or Richmond, Virginia, on a hybrid basis. The role leads day-to-day marketing operations across campaign execution, email marketing, automation, lead management, reporting and AI-enabled workflow improvement, owning the operation, optimization and continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing operations: campaign workflows, lead routing, SLA alignment, data quality and reporting
• Own and improve email marketing: segmentation, testing, personalization, send optimization, performance analysis and workflow automation, while ensuring compliance with consent and privacy regulations
• Build and refine AI-assisted workflows for campaign intake, email production, segmentation, QA, lead management, reporting and post-campaign analysis
• Manage marketing automation, including lead scoring/routing, form strategy, nurture flows, attribution support and the AI SDR program
• Maintain dashboards tracking funnel performance, email effectiveness, campaign performance and process efficiency
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, IT and Legal on compliant use of marketing automation and AI, and document workflows and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations
• Strong experience with MAP, CRM, ABM, marketing automation, analytics and lead management
• Hands-on email marketing experience, including segmentation, testing, deliverability and performance optimization
• Experience implementing AI or automation in marketing workflows and designing workflows end to end
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills; independent ownership of operations

Required skills

• Knowledge of HTML is required
• Experience with APIs is preferred
