Director of Product Marketing

About the role

Exiger, an AI partner for supply chain and procurement automation, is hiring a Director of Product Marketing for its 1EXIGER.AI platform. The role defines how the market understands the new AI-native platform and its portfolio priorities, owning positioning, product narrative, launch marketing and analyst relations. It reports to the Vice President, Demand Generation, works in a hybrid setting in McLean or Richmond, VA, and may manage one direct report.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy for 1EXIGER.AI and portfolio priorities, turning product priorities into positioning, messaging and market programs.
• Translate use cases, customer outcomes and technical differentiation into go-to-market assets with Product, Product Management and subject-matter experts.
• Lead analyst relations, including briefings and submissions, and apply analyst research to strengthen the portfolio narrative.
• Own the Marketing workstream for product and solution launches, coordinating with Product and Product Management on audience, use cases, readiness and messaging.
• Build AI tools, interactive demos, rapid prototypes and automated workflows to demonstrate customer value, partnering with Engineering as needed.
• Keep product messaging consistent across campaigns, web content, thought leadership, customer marketing and demand generation.
• Support Sales Enablement with messaging, demo narratives and proof points, and measure message effectiveness, launch performance, pipeline contribution and revenue influence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including strategy for complex enterprise software, data or AI products.
• Track record of turning sophisticated capabilities into differentiated positioning and clear customer value.
• Proven success leading major product or platform launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Sales Enablement.
• Experience in industry analyst relations, including briefings, submissions and executive preparation.
• People management or coaching experience and a commitment to hands-on execution.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States permanently, without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Supply chain, procurement, third-party risk, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity or enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience with commercial enterprises and government or highly regulated organizations.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, data platforms, decision intelligence or complex workflow products.
• Experience defining or reshaping a software category at an established company.
• Direct experience with Gartner or other major analyst firms.
