Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & CRM

About the role

Sunday Riley is looking for a Senior Manager to own and continuously improve the customer journey across email, SMS, and global CRM. This build‑and‑own position will develop sophisticated lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and list‑growth systems while delivering educational, conversion‑focused messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize end‑to‑end email and SMS campaigns, including strategy, content calendar, copy, automation, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
• Lead audience growth and segmentation for global email and SMS lists, managing acquisition, consent, preference capture, and skin‑concern data.
• Develop and maintain list‑growth and lead‑capture experiences such as forms, quizzes, pop‑ups, and landing pages, ensuring clean data and compliant consent.
• Build skincare‑specific customer segments using CRM data, quiz responses, purchase behavior, product affinity, engagement signals, and AI‑supported analysis.
• Create and refine loyalty program initiatives and retention reporting to increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset, comfortable moving between high‑level planning and day‑to‑day implementation.
• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, and loyalty program development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaigns.
