Senior Manager - KOL Strategy and Engagement

About the role

As a Senior Manager you will lead the strategy, identification, development and activation of clinical, technical, operational and executive key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference sites and power‑user communities for Philips health technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and cultivate relationships with KOLs, hospital executives, power users and reference sites to strengthen advocacy and market influence.
• Develop and execute annual customer engagement and activation plans that amplify customer voices and support strategic business objectives.
• Manage outreach, contracting and reference site programs to ensure seamless experiences and maximize program effectiveness.
• Coordinate user groups, advisory councils, speaking engagements and best‑practice sharing sessions, leveraging advocates for events, publications and peer‑to‑peer interactions.
• Create and promote success stories, case studies, testimonials and marketing materials while measuring and reporting program performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience identifying, managing and engaging KOLs and 10+ years of overall industry experience, with healthcare background required.
• Proven ability to manage executive‑level KOLs, lead customer events and work with clinicians.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
• US work authorization and residence within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA (or Nashville, TN).
