Senior Manager, FP&A

About the role

Channel Factory is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial reporting, KPI management, and deep financial analysis across its global operations. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with finance and cross‑functional teams to provide decision‑ready insights that support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support for financial reporting and analysis across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance and internal teams on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and margin drivers, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Lead ad‑hoc financial modeling, scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
• Own and continuously improve KPI reporting frameworks and financial dashboards.
• Build and maintain financial models and planning tools for real‑time decisions on revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Prepare Board, investor, and management presentations with insightful analysis.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners and cross‑functional teams at all levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy.
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering rigorous financial analysis and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
