Senior Manager, Finance Systems & Data Governance

About the role

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Manager to lead finance systems and data governance. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will own the finance‑planning, reporting and ERP landscape, ensuring the infrastructure scales with the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance administrator and subject‑matter expert for ERP, financial planning and reporting applications.
• Manage day‑to‑day system support, user administration, security access and maintenance in partnership with IT.
• Oversee integrations and data flows between ERP, planning, HRIS, CRM and reporting platforms.
• Identify and drive system enhancement opportunities with Accounting, FP&A, IT and business stakeholders.
• Establish and lead enterprise‑wide master data governance, including ownership, change controls, approval workflows and audit trails.
• Standardize and remediate key master data domains such as chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, products and vendors.
• Develop policies, controls and monitoring processes to maintain data integrity across all finance systems.
• Partner with finance and IT leadership to evaluate, select and implement next‑generation ERP and EPM solutions.

Required profile
