Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement

About the role

The Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement leads customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products. The role reduces reimbursement barriers for U.S. patients and providers while building strong relationships across care sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer education on coding, coverage, payment, health policy and payer policy for a broad procedural portfolio.
• Serve as a customer‑facing liaison with providers, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and office‑based labs.
• Support customers throughout the full lifecycle—from evaluation and clinical research to onboarding and long‑term use.
• Provide reimbursement and economic support for coronary, peripheral, CIED and structural heart interventions using 3D ICE.
• Develop work plans and strategies, aligning stakeholders and responding proactively to business needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience with coronary, cardiovascular and/or peripheral vascular products.
• 10+ years field reimbursement experience in the medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences, public health, business administration or equivalent; CPC certification preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare coding, billing systems, Medicare and commercial payers, and reimbursement policies.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
