Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement – Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics

About the role

The Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement for Philips’ Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) group will educate and engage U.S. customers on coding, coverage, payment, health policy and payer requirements. This field‑based position works with new, evaluating and established accounts to remove reimbursement barriers for patients and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior subject‑matter expert on reimbursement for AM&D products, advising customers and internal teams on coding, coverage, payment and policy.
• Develop and execute field reimbursement strategies that expand payer coverage, improve payment pathways and reduce access barriers.
• Partner with field sales leadership to set regional priorities, deliver education and drive reimbursement objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, providers and other stakeholders through presentations and education.
• Collaborate with HEMAR, Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Legal and Compliance to create provider economic programs and align reimbursement strategy with business goals.
• Lead the definition of annual reimbursement objectives, KPIs and reporting to measure field impact.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in field reimbursement or market access, preferably within medical device monitoring.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate complex reimbursement information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time.
