Senior Manager, Construction

About the role

The Senior Manager, Construction leads all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates with general contractors, vendors, city inspectors, and internal creative teams to drive seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction, pre‑construction, design, and bid/award phases, managing relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Maintain and report on construction schedules, cost forecasts, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements through ongoing quality inspections.
• Manage construction documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, punch lists, and short‑form agreements.
• Coordinate site logistics, access plans, mock‑up setups, and material availability.
• Collaborate with creative, ride/show, and facility design teams to integrate project requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, permitting processes, and inspection protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to address issues promptly on site.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with city officials, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
