Senior Manager, Commercialization - Continuous Improvement

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercialization - Continuous Improvement in Chicago, Illinois. The role leads the identification, prioritization, redesign and implementation of cross-functional commercialization process improvements, simplifying workflows and eliminating non-value-added activities. It also drives the continuous improvement roadmap for commercialization PMO processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement roadmap for commercialization PMO processes, partnering with functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives by business impact, feasibility and organizational needs.
• Maintain and improve Stage-Gate governance documentation, process standards, templates and playbooks.
• Establish baseline performance measures, quantify improvement opportunities and track the sustained impact of implemented solutions.
• Design, build and maintain executive dashboards with real-time portfolio visibility.
• Analyze commercialization portfolio and process performance to identify risks, inefficiencies and trends, and turn findings into recommendations for PMO and functional leadership.
• Design and deliver training materials (decks, playbooks, job aids) and adoption strategies for new tools, processes and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, analytics, operations, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, commercialization, project management, process excellence or digital transformation, preferably in CPG, food & beverage or adjacent consumer industries.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive change without direct authority.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence, automation or project management platforms such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Planview or MS Project.
• Hands-on use of digital tools, workflow automation and data analytics.
• Preferred: experience with Stage-Gate processes, commercialization workflows or PMO governance; Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
