Senior Manager – Audit & Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead audit and tax engagements for our clients. The role involves managing multiple projects, mentoring staff, and delivering high‑quality service while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagement teams through planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and final reporting.
• Review and oversee mid‑ to high‑level business and individual tax returns.
• Provide tax research, accounting, and financial analysis to improve client controls.
• Mentor and train Senior Associates and Associates, reviewing their work and offering feedback.
• Manage client relationships, act as primary contact for day‑to‑day matters, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in business development and leverage cloud‑based audit software to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; Accounting degree preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with staff management.
• CPA or CMA license preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
