Senior Manager, AI-Driven Demand Planning & Inventory

About the role

True Classic is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve AI‑augmented demand planning and inventory management across all product categories and channels. You will design, implement, and scale AI‑powered tools and processes that turn business goals into fast, repeatable forecasting and replenishment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine AI‑driven demand planning and inventory management workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility.
• Design, maintain, and enhance AI‑assisted forecasting models using Claude and other AI agents, incorporating historical sales, seasonality, and promotional data.
• Create automated reporting templates and dashboards to replace manual spreadsheet‑heavy processes.
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and Technology to align planning decisions with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing planning team, fostering AI fluency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in demand planning, inventory management, or related analytics functions.
• Strong track record of implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions in a commercial environment.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior leadership.
