Senior Maintenance Technician – WA Flex Team (North End)

About the role

Greystar’s Western Washington Flex Team is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support its North End portfolio. You will work across a variety of residential communities in the Seattle‑area, delivering high‑quality maintenance services and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and preventative‑maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose the source of defects, perform repairs, and follow all safety standards, company policies, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new lease‑ups and move‑ins.
• Travel to multiple properties across Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Bothell, Shoreline, Lake City, Ballard, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and downtown Seattle.
• Collaborate with property‑management and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain reliable transportation to reach all assigned locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level maintenance technician in residential or multifamily settings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to varied property types.
• Reliable personal transportation for traveling between sites.

Required skills

• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and preventative‑maintenance practices.
