Senior Maintenance Technician – South End Flex Team

About the role

The Western Washington Flex Team is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support the South End portfolio, covering locations such as Tacoma, Tukwila, Kent, Auburn, Olympia, Federal Way, Renton, Puyallup, West Seattle, and South Seattle. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical and mechanical services that keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, clean, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all property areas.
• Work across diverse property types and locations, collaborating with multiple internal teams.
• Ensure reliable transportation to travel between sites as needed.
