Senior Maintenance Technician – Beaumont Grand

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for its Beaumont Grand property in Lakewood. The role involves ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. The position works a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage, return unused items and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with upkeep of grounds, common areas and property amenities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in residential or multifamily property environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
