Senior Living Services Manager

About the role

The Senior Living Services Manager will coordinate high‑quality home health services for clients in the Harrisburg area, building strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client service coordination, including emergent scheduling and staffing needs.
• Grow and maintain an assigned caseload through relationship‑building and service excellence.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics such as admissions and referral outcomes.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred and prior experience in medical office, healthcare, or home care.
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is beneficial.
