Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Curology is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the growth of its subscriber base after acquisition. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will design, test, and continuously improve the full subscriber journey—from lead nurture to activation, retention, reactivation, and win‑back—using data‑driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end‑to‑end subscriber lifecycle, defining measurable objectives for each stage.
• Build detailed journey maps that capture customer states, trigger events, friction points, and intervention opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Creative, Clinical, and Customer Care to close experience gaps.
• Write creative briefs for lifecycle campaigns and ensure assets meet email and SMS best practices.
• Develop initiatives to improve 7‑day, 33‑day, 63‑day, 93‑day, and annual retention metrics.
• Reduce churn through personalized messaging, payment recovery, education, habit‑formation programs, and predictive interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing lifecycle or retention marketing programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate behavioral data into testable hypotheses.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to balance an always‑on testing roadmap with sound business judgment.
