Senior Key Account Manager – Travel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our travel partner ecosystem within TikTok Local Services. You will act as the primary liaison for top travel partners, driving growth, product integration, and performance optimization across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key travel partners, overseeing their performance on TikTok.
• Collaborate with partners on product integration, optimization, and contract negotiations.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch new product initiatives and feature enhancements.
• Ensure partner content meets quality standards and aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (product, engineering, data, operations) and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel industry partnerships or account management.
• Strong understanding of travel industry trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
