Senior Key Account Manager – Dine-In Services

About the role

TikTok Local Services is expanding its dine‑in portfolio and seeks a senior professional to lead partnership development with top food and quick‑service restaurant (QSR) brands. You will act as the primary liaison between TikTok and key local‑service partners, driving adoption of TikTok’s advertising and content tools to boost merchant sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential food and QSR partners for TikTok’s local services ecosystem.
• Promote TikTok advertising solutions and integrate marketing campaigns for partners.
• Conduct on‑site visits, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with merchants to produce short‑form videos, live streams, and influencer collaborations that increase transactions.
• Provide product insights and consultative support to TikTok product and local‑services teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in partner development or account management, preferably in the food/dine‑in sector.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
