Senior Intelligence Specialist – Iraq/Jordan Deployment

About the role

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Intelligence Specialist to provide real‑time analytical support and imagery exploitation for key military leadership. The position is based in McKinney, Texas, with a long‑term, unaccompanied onsite assignment in northern Iraq/Jordan under a Memorandum of Understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality imagery‑based intelligence products (visible, infrared, radar, full‑motion video) for routine and ad‑hoc missions.
• Advise military leadership on current and upcoming ISR taskings, sensor capabilities, and platform options.
• Provide security overwatch for counter‑IED missions, force‑protection activities, and high‑value convoys.
• Monitor intelligence chat platforms to maintain situational awareness of tactical operations and ISR sensor status.
• Conduct periodic checks of ISR and force‑protection video feeds and coordinate issue resolution with Field Service Representatives.
• Train U.S. military personnel and new contract operators on system functionality, capabilities, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with an active, transferable TS/SCI clearance required on day 1.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant intelligence or ISR experience.
• Ability to travel by military air and land transport, lift 40 lb, and work 12‑hour shifts.
• Pass all medical requirements for overseas assignments, including a comprehensive post‑offer examination.
