Senior Identity DevOps Engineer / IAM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity DevOps Engineer / IAM Architect to support and evolve our enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign‑On (SSO) platforms. The role blends architectural design, hands‑on engineering, and production support to modernize our IAM ecosystem across cloud‑native environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IAM and SSO solutions using Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingOne SSO, PingOne MFA, DaVinci).
• Integrate Microsoft 365 SSO and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) across hybrid identity environments.
• Develop and support custom Java/J2EE adapters, PCVs, data stores and complex federation integrations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment with Terraform, Helm charts, Git and Jenkins on GKE.
• Containerize services and manage Kubernetes workloads.
• Lead enterprise MFA rollouts and SSO enablement initiatives.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, monitoring and on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with global teams to onboard international applications.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on IAM engineering and support experience.
• Strong architectural and operational expertise in large‑scale identity platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
