Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor for the Pelzer manufacturing plant. The role will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and organizational effectiveness to support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to accelerate hiring, resolve bottlenecks, and develop data‑driven offers.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and ensure new hires become productive quickly.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the plant, providing coaching, problem‑solving and guidance to managers.
• Support organizational design, change‑management initiatives and performance‑management programs.
• Investigate and resolve employee‑relations issues while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing or fast‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management and employee‑relations best practices.
