Senior HR Manager

About the role

Frida is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join its People team in Miami. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while overseeing core HR operations and the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR business partner to leaders across assigned functions.
• Align people strategies with business objectives, growth plans and organizational priorities.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, performance management and talent development processes.
• Analyze people data, prepare executive‑level presentations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to scale HR programs as the company grows.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or senior HR leader in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, coaching and communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating complex employee‑relations issues and driving change.
