Senior HR Manager – Americas & Europe

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, people‑focused Senior HR Manager to serve as a trusted partner for employees and managers across the Americas and Europe. Based in Diamond Bar, you will help strengthen our regional HR presence, drive employee engagement, and support day‑to‑day HR needs in a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR liaison for employees and managers across two continents.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace culture programs, and regional HR projects.
• Partner with business leaders on team‑related topics, day‑to‑day people matters, and talent initiatives.
• Identify employee trends, concerns, and opportunities, providing practical HR solutions.
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent HR support.
• Contribute to selected talent and organizational initiatives as needed.
• Lead special projects and other HR programs assigned by HR leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving ability, and comfort working in a lean, hands‑on team.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Experience in a multicultural or global company is a plus.
• Experience supporting sales, service, or client‑facing teams is a plus.
