Senior Healthcare Consultant (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote senior consultant position supports a leading partner in delivering high‑impact transformation initiatives across the U.S. healthcare sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding complex projects from strategy through implementation while mentoring junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare consulting engagements from initial planning through successful implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as the primary advisor for executive stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• Develop executive‑level reports, recommendations, and strategic deliverables to support organizational transformation.
• Provide expertise across healthcare operations, technology, quality improvement, process optimization, and business transformation.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Mentor and coach consulting professionals, fostering collaboration and high‑performance execution.
• Contribute to business development through proposal development, client presentations, and thought‑leadership activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, Public Health or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of healthcare consulting experience, including at least 7 years managing complex projects and client engagements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain executive‑level client relationships.
• Strong expertise in healthcare operations, project management, financial oversight, strategic planning, and executive communication.
• Demonstrated skill in facilitating workshops, strategy sessions, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
