Senior Health Data Analyst – Compass

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Health Data Analyst to join the Compass Patient Team. You will own health data investigations, quality improvements, and network enhancements for Veeva Compass, a suite of de‑identified patient analytics products.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data observations and questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Define, track, and report quality metrics through dashboards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement data quality features such as match, merge, deduplication, and value enrichment.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to launch new data features at scale.
• Own analytics projects and contribute to the product and feature roadmaps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription and medical claims data.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying relational databases.
• Familiarity with industry billing codes (ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC).
• Experience presenting analytics results and defining KPIs with stakeholders.
