About the role
A2e Technologies is hiring a Senior Hardware Design Engineer focused on signal integrity and FPGA design, based in San Diego, California. The position is listed as a contract with potential permanent conversion, on-site, and starts as soon as possible.
Required profile
- US citizenship or Green Card holder only.
- Experience designing complex digital boards with high-end SoC-type FPGAs from Altera, Xilinx and Microsemi.
- Experience with high-speed signals and devices such as USB, 10G Ethernet, DDR4 and Gigabit I/O on FPGAs.
- Power supply design for high-end microprocessors and FPGAs.
- Signal and power integrity experience and simulation tools.
- Military and space design experience.
- EMC certification experience.
- Security clearance is a nice-to-have.
Required skills
- FPGA design with high-end SoC devices.
- High-speed signal design (USB, 10G Ethernet, DDR4, Gigabit I/O).
- Altium.
- Signal and power integrity simulation tools.
