Senior Habilitation Manager

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Senior Habilitation Manager to lead and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Philadelphia. The role combines client advocacy, case management, and supervision of Habilitation Technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as internal case manager and advocate for clients receiving Habilitation services.
• Collaborate with clients, families, Case Managers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized support plans.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess progress and ensure services align with Person‑Centered/Individual Support Plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Habilitation Technicians in line with company policies and state regulations.
• Participate in program initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and serve as a mentor to other team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with I/DD.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with I/DD.

Required skills

• Understanding of person‑centered planning and individualized support practices.
• Experience supervising or leading a team (preferred).
