Senior Growth Engineer

About the role

Posh is looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to join its fast‑growing engineering team in New York. The role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement and retention through data‑driven experiments and full‑stack feature development on Posh’s two‑sided marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship full‑stack growth features and experiments that increase acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Partner with Product, UX research and Data teams to translate hypotheses into high‑impact, iterative tests.
• Implement scalable tracking, analytics and reporting to surface actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates and share knowledge to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Set up feature gating, A/B testing and experimentation using platforms such as StatSig or LaunchDarkly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong product thinking, problem‑solving abilities and a passion for building tools that connect people in the real world.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
