Senior Front-End Engineer Lead (React/TypeScript) – Dallas

About the role

We are looking for a senior front‑end engineer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance web applications for desktop, mobile and tablet. The role is based in our Dallas office and focuses on building a modern micro‑frontend ecosystem and shared component libraries used across multiple product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable React applications and reusable component libraries.
• Drive front‑end architecture within a micro‑frontend ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, back‑end engineers and QA to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Champion code quality, performance optimisation, testing and best practices.
• Leverage modern development tools and AI‑assisted workflows to improve productivity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert‑level proficiency in React (v18+) and TypeScript.
• Strong architectural experience with micro‑frontend patterns and shared UI libraries.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dallas from day one.
• Eligibility to work in the US (USC, GC).

• TypeScript (strict typing, generics, utility types).
• React 18+ (hooks, context, component composition).
• Micro‑frontend architecture and shared component libraries.
• React Query for state management and data fetching.
• Auth0 and token‑based authentication.
• CSS Modules, SCSS, responsive design and theming.
• Storybook 7+ for component documentation.
• Vite or similar modern build tools.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, semantic versioning.
• Jest, React Testing Library, MSW for testing.
• REST APIs and type‑safe integrations.
• Material UI v6 (preferred), semantic‑release, Figma, design systems.
• GraphQL and InsurTech domain knowledge (preferred).
