Senior Fixed Income Operations Lead

About the role

The Senior Fixed Income Operations Lead will oversee the Fixed Income Operations team and supervise outsourced activities, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance across the full lifecycle of fixed income products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Fixed Income Operations team and supervise the Broadridge BPO team.
• Work closely with Front Office to establish best practices and improve efficiencies.
• Monitor and resolve unaffirmed trades, street‑side breaks, and failed trades.
• Oversee regulatory trade reporting (TRACE) and ensure compliance with SOX, SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other regulations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to onboard new business streams and increase automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• FINRA Series 99 certification.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
