Senior Financial Analyst – Business Partner Sales Controlling

About the role

The Business Partner Sales Controlling role supports North America Sales leadership by owning end‑to‑end sales forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. You will translate complex sales and financial data into actionable insights and act as a trusted strategic partner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales forecasting process across all customers and Business Units in North America, consolidating and validating assumptions.
• Own month‑end sales reporting, variance analysis versus forecast, budget and prior year, and prepare management commentary.
• Deliver Net Sales, Price Change and exchange‑rate reporting, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop leadership presentations, executive summaries and management reports for sales performance.
• Continuously improve and automate forecasting, reporting and analytical processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, sales controlling, FP&A or business partnering, preferably in a global manufacturing or CPG environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional and international stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP and BI systems such as SAP, HFM and Power BI.
