Senior Epic Analyst – Healthcare Systems

About the role

This role guides the operational, clinical, and technical direction of Epic applications and solutions across all specialties, ensuring alignment with business strategy. It designs, develops, and implements solutions to business problems, evaluates end‑user needs, and maintains documentation for integration and change activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating operational needs, validating workflows, and configuring builds based on application requirements.
• Design, develop, document, and implement success measurements for core and cross‑application projects.
• Provide expertise in all facets of core and related applications, including prototyping and proof of concept.
• Cultivate innovative solutions in line with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Research and analyze business needs to determine project implications.
• Support projects according to service level agreements and ensure proper transition to support teams.

Required profile

• Effective verbal, written, and diagrammatic communication skills.
• Strong technical integration knowledge and understanding of application implementation challenges.
• Operational or clinical expertise to interpret technological impact on clinical operations.
• Project management ability to define scope, goals, and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders.
