Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer – Technical Productions Lead

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer to lead technical production for hybrid events and meetings. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, produce, and execute events that support the company’s strategic objectives and enhance the digital employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for all phases of event planning and execution.
• Advise partners on AV equipment, streaming encoders, web‑conferencing platforms, and video content creation.
• Lead the technical team during event preparation and live implementation.
• Develop and maintain event documentation, including equipment lists, signal flows, CAD diagrams, and production timelines.
• Define rehearsal schedules, create technical run‑of‑show scripts, and operate AV systems during events.
• Analyze event data, feedback, and surveys to produce performance reports and identify improvement actions.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Mastercard’s production technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, relevant technology certifications, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proven experience in event production and/or project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all enterprise levels.
