Senior Engineer – Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions

About the role

The Senior Engineer will act as a technical leader and escalation point, delivering advanced infrastructure support and mentoring junior engineers. This role blends deep technical expertise with project leadership to design, implement, and optimise complex solutions across client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
• Design and architect enterprise‑level network, cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Lead technical projects, manage resources, timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, best practices and documentation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, disaster‑recovery and security architectures.
• Oversee enterprise cloud migrations and multi‑site network implementations.
• Support pre‑sales engineering activities and client presentations.
• Maintain on‑call rotation and respond to occasional evening/weekend incidents.

Required profile

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Strong infrastructure design background with advanced Microsoft technologies.
• Deep networking and security expertise.
• Project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
